Q&A Instructions
1. Can I add ice cubes or frozen fruit?
No. This machine is designed for liquids only and is not a blender. Adding ice, frozen fruit, pulp, starchy sugar, or hard ingredients may damage the machine.
2. Why isn’t my drink turning into a proper slushie?
For best slushie results, drinks should contain enough sugar (at least 4%). Alcohol content should stay between 2.8%–15%.
3. Why does my frozen drink taste less sweet?
Cold temperatures naturally reduce sweetness perception. Slightly increasing sugar before freezing can improve flavor balance.
4. How long does it take to make frozen drinks?
Most drinks are ready within 15–60 minutes depending on ingredients, liquid amount, and starting temperature.
5. Do I need to add ice?
No ice is needed. The machine freezes drinks directly for smoother texture and stronger flavor.
6. How do I clean the machine?
Use the self-cleaning mode for quick cleaning or remove detachable parts for dishwasher-safe deep cleaning.
7. Why won’t the machine start?
Please make sure the machine is plugged into a grounded 120V outlet and the container is securely installed and locked.
