Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance via support@taskbayglobal.com.

Exchange or Return for a Refund

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving them. You can choose to exchange the product for another item or return it for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product is unused and undamaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please submit your request to our customer service team at support@taskbayglobal.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Please note that we do not accept exchange or return requests for any items marked as "specials" once sold.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list (including product ID). A tracking number for the return parcel is required. We will process the exchange or refund after we receive your returned package.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel an order, please submit your cancellation request to our customer service at support@taskbayglobal.com as soon as you decide to cancel.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but that have not yet been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after deducting a 15% cancellation fee.

We will not accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7–15 business days.

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank – there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Address

If you are sure you want to return the goods for a refund, please contact our customer service at support@taskbayglobal.com, and we will provide you with the return address.

Shipping Costs

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged to customers for the return of a product.
